This post is for those of you that are not natural born form fillers.
I-765 form accessible at the www.bcis.gov web site: First page questions are:Name, address, nationality, city, date , country and date of birth, sex, marital status, Soc Sec# and Alien #.
Page 2: Have you ever applied for employ auth from BCIS, which office, date of appli and results, If you have made multiple appli for employ auth give details, the questions BCIS office, date and result of appli recur twicw thereafter. Then comes Date, place and manner of last entry into the U.S, current immigrat and eligibility status which for most of us with pending 485's is (c) (9), for c-9 status it asks for location where 485 is pending plus info concerning eligibility status- which is copies of 485 receipt, last I-94 and last EAD.
The next form is re: bank info- Acc owner name, bank address, Acc owner Phone #, Acc type and Acc and routing number info.
The only confusing question is the one on " if you have made multiple applis for Employ auth, since there is only space for 2 EAD applis what happens to 4th time filers? One hopes none of us has to go past 3 EAD's.
