Hi All,
I applied EAD renewal online
Now I need to mail supporting douments, Do I need to send 2 photo's also, Becuase thay also asked me to take appointment at local center for digital photo and finger prints

" Applicant is mailing supporting documentation"

what is mean by this?

I already took appointment

Here's what I did,
Applied online, while doing so if you check box that you'll mail supporting docs, then your printout will say so.

Go to Support Center, they'll take your pic, one fingerprint, and will stamp that printout (proof that you appeared).

I photocopied that stamped printout, also placed cover letter printout on top of all supporting docs.

I Included following:
Approval Notice of 140
Receipt Notice of 485
Stamped proof of appearance for photograph

If you are applying for 2nd/3rd EAD, also include copies of previous approval Notices/ EAD's

No need to send pics, or check since you already paid online.

Tan, apply in the second half of January, its taking around 45 days for EAD approvals at NSC.

They are postdating the EAD cards to be valid from the date your current EAD expires. So, you have nothing to lose(other than the $120 EAD fee, if your 484 gets approved before April) even if you apply today.

after a little cajoling, had it done at a largely empty local office but not after a funny comment `we don`t like to get things done early`

I have appointment on coming Tuesday
I will mail sopporting documents as suggested in the thread

I also got RFE, My company lawyer is taking time to reply.

I hope my case will approve, before this

Mail Supporting Docs

When i went for my FP & Digital Picture, i asked INS Officer about the docs and he said not to mail any documents. If they need more info. or docs then they will send notice for req. docs.

I've got that exact comment too - we dont like to get things done early -

I told her back - "I totally feel you on that one" - but made sure I smiled - that way I wasnt putting her in a spot, but at the same time conveyed my message:)

Like somebody in this forum posted earlier - we are so very unfortunate(but desperate for GC) that we have to put up with and suffer for someone else's inefficiency.
 
Question about "Current Immigration Status" of "Online EAD application" ...

1. I had entered USA on H1B1 status in 2002 which has expired.
2. This is renewal EAD application.

3. What should I fill in "Current Immigration Status" field. In the dropdown menu none of the fields says "Pending Adjustment of Status".
