Online Change of Address

Hi there,
The Online Change of Address "AR11"
Is it only for those who have pending application/petition pending with USCIS?

Or Can anyone for e.g. who has GC use the online feature?

Can experts throw some light?

It is supposed to be for anyone. If you have application pending then you need to do something extra beyond the AR-11 online filing...(you need to read the USCIS webpage for more info on that).

I did the online AR-11 when we moved at the end of last year.
