For me, Online case status works. But AVM does not work. It says that my EAC nbr is not found in the system. Do you have any idea why it is says 'Missing' ?
What are your details? Its possible that, your case might have been approved and they are updating the details in AVM system. The online updates are carried out in batches and hence, you can see the old status of your case.
It is an EAD case(my wife's) with the receipt data March 11. I checked AVM even today and found the number still missing. Online message shows the same old content.
On friday I called an IIO on this and was told that an RFE will be sent/has been sent on this. Still waiting waiting for that.
Does anyone have idea of what kind of RFE EAD cases get ?
