Online case status

I had called up customer service in last week of July, and recieved a letter from USCIS last week stating that my case is pending Service Consideration.

Today the online message has changed to :

On August 13, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

looks like they are talking about status letter that they have sent. Has anyone else been in the same boat.

The online message has been changed to :

On August 11, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I received the status letter confirming that my address has been. I am on the same boat like you buddy.
