Online case status page problem..

- The online case status page does not load completely... I have been unable to check my case status for over a week now.. Has it changed..? or is there something I am doing wrong..?

Any suggestion...?

- Not that this is a major issue.. I just have an obsession to check the status... ( COD thanks to GC)

i have had no problem checking this week, I just checked your link and it worked fine for me.

chances are you have a virus in your PC as you cannot do the same thing with your online banking as CIS webpage has https features.
