When USCIS sends finger print notice do they change online message. If yes, does it says FP notice sent and gives other details.

Don't rely on the online status for anything other than the fact that USCIS received your application and that information was entered into a system somewhere. It is very rarely updated with any useful information. We became citizens a couple of months ago and the online status is still reflecting activity from soon after they received the original application.
