Online Case Status Disappeared!?

Recently I checked the online case status and it says "The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center." Does anybody know what is happening?
 
I am in the same boat. I am not able to check processing status from 9/10. I guess BCIS is having problems with their DB.

The web site for checking status is not available now, I got communication error when trying to access it. :confused:
