We were still in the same time frame last year. Any guess what's going on? Obivously they are not approving or rather do not want to approve our cases. Two reasons come to my mind 1. Weak economy (so more jobs for their people) 2. Officers assigned to do something else (like check all GCs in the last 10 years).
