One uscis account to file 1130 for both parents

Have a few questions

1. Can I use one uscis account to file 1-130 for both of my parents?
2. Can I file both of them using the same app or do I need to use a separate form for both?
 
1. Yes
2. No, they are immediate relative applications (no derivatives for such petitions) and as such each requires its own application
