One time Visa to Canada for PR Card

I reside in the US with a Canadian PR stamp on my passport. Since that is stamped as "Not for travel" on my passport, do I need to get a one-time visa to canada from US to get to canada for my PR Card? The embassy has scheduled an appt. for me for my PR Card, so I am really confused as to how i could travel.

Let us know how did you enter again? I am in same situation. I do not know what to do? My case is transferred to Sudbury,ON but did not get any reply from the office. Do we need to personally go there or we can send photos from here to my relative and they can send them to immigration dept? Can you send me your phone # @ ratna_jsr@hotmail.com.

akhil can you tell me why does your passport stamped as one time travel purpose and when was it happened. Is this happened when you enter into canada or what? I am planning to go to canada next month for applying my PR card. please give me your suggestion...
