One question about ILETS

I am planning to apply for Canadian PR from India. My education is in English. Do I need to take ILETS? If yes, Do I need to take ILETS before applying?

what is your total without IELTS ? If it is above 67, then you can delay the exam and apply for Canada. But if it not 67, then give exam and then apply, it takes not more than 2 months. Specially, when you will be waiting for 3 years for whole process, then wait for 2 extra months and apply firm application.

But, even if you apply before IELTS, attach some document like, I am perfect in English etc. you can find such format on this site in some thread also.
