Did you try calling the customer service and getting it corrected?
They messed up my AP too.
On my AP they've put my spouse's date of birth as mine!
We called customer service. The rep has no idea what to do.
So he connected us to an Officer.
The Officer said that there was nothing they could do to correct the mistake.
He suggested that we carry our birth certificates or similar document when we travel.
I am not sure if it will satisfy the Parole Officer but I dont see what other options I have!!
