Today our status changed to RFE

"On February 5, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed"

Bajji and fellow RFE'tes I 'm also joining your club!!! Hope this will be a minor hurdle for the ultimate Trophy.

Why-R2 - I bet the RFE is about your employment letter (that seems to be the current trend!!). Don't worry about it buddy, we'll pull through out of this. Good luck!

Thanks for the encouragement, Actually I have been staying in the same company (no name change or acquistion), same job title. same location etc. I think the reason for RFE might be that I changed my residential address two years back after I filed my I485.

Anyway I will update once we receive RFE.
