One more question on RFE ...

i have one more Q on my RFE. It also asks for Tax documents for Years 1998, 99,2000 and 2001. I have not filed my taxes yet for 2001. Last year I submitted my tax returns for my wife with Tax Id number. This year since she has EAD, we got the Social Security #. Now if I want to have her SSN in the Tax filing, do I need to inform IRS or any other Organization about the change. If so how and using what form should I do the same. Please keep me posted.

Did INS asks you to send Pay Stubs also?

Just wanted to know the documents they have asked in RFE, please let me know if you don’t have any problem.
 
Here is all the docs they asked

1. Tax docs for 1998,1999, 2000 & 2001 ( including W2s )
2. Three most recent pay stubs.
3. Employment verification letter
4. Original birth certificate at the time of birth.

I did send the tax docs at the time of filing to my lawyer. Just don\'t know why the lawyer didn\'t send it ?

I also got my birth certificate recently from local city in Tamil Nadu. I may also get same kind of RFE. Please let me know how you are
proceeding with this problem.
