One more Oct. case transfered to Baltimore

I heard AVM last night, my case was transfered to Baltimore on 7/30. All Maryland Oct. Filers should check your AVM, See what happened to your case.

RD: 10/18
ND: 10/26

What 's VSC going to do? Moving on by sending Oct. cases to local?

Who knows what VSC is doing???? There was a huge load in 7/8 cases and they did not transfer any.

It could be a blessing ..

to get transferred if INS is shifting the load. You may get an earlier approval at local INS.

It's not True for Maryland atleast, coz they send interview notice after two-three-four months (a friend had this experience last year).

Whats the deal with October cases and Maryland INS office anyway? Anyone got an idea of why they are being specific about the month and jurisdiction?
