One of my colleague also got approved on 7/12 (EB1-India). I don\'t have other details handy.
Wrote several letters to Congressmen, Senators, ever since our case went onto hold. I think the pressure all of us put on INS finally paid off in getting the guidelines. The Office Staff of Senator Robert J. Toricelli were very helpful in following up with INS. I am not sure if that helped or not, but I would think so.
