140 Approved: 02/04/2004
485: still nothing (not even FP)

And they also mailed an original approval of my 140 to the absolutely wrong attorney, not my :(
They mailed an employer copy to the right address, so they received it and emailed scanned image to me.
It's printed there, that original was mailed to attorney, who I never head about. But status in the Internet and all other data in the paper is right, everything is about me and my company.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing the info. I can't believe these kind of mistakes could happen and good luck retreiving your original approval form.

Did you call about AP?

Congratulations....at least one more stage is done for you...

BTW did you talk to TSC about the AP pending since the current published date is I believe mid June or so? As far as I know you can call and ask if the date of your application is more than 30 days than the published date for that type of case....

Yes, of course I called them already 6 or 7 times. I mean, it were not just calls, we've been making Status Check Iquiries.
But I got absolutely NO answer.
I even send a letter to the TSC with status check inquiry, but absolutely NO response...

But the original of my 140 approval looks like has been completely lost.
Did not come to my attorney and did not come to attorney, whos name was printed on employers copy by mistake.

Horrible, because it's clear that they would definetely ignore any request to resend it to the right address :(

Hallelujah, that another attorney, to whom my original 140 approval was sent by mistake, filally received it and forwarded to my attorney.
That is beautiful.
So right now I'm completele OK.

Answer to the question about online status.
Yes, status has been changed immediately on the day of approval.
