One medical Examination question

Hi All!

   Last year when we submitted our med exam with I-485, we were expected our new baby,
so my wife missed some shots of immunization and maybe some tests. Does she need to retake these and resubmit her medical examination now or later?

I have a coworker who submitted a completely incomplete med form and got approved..
