One Issue

As I mentioned recently I got approved, but now my dad hasnt been approved yet, that and he even send his RFE a week earlier than me. How is this possible ?

jaime, you must ve missed my message in your post "approval". I was asking if you could please post you Exact Notice date please, a lot of us here would like to know if it's after 11/16 or before 11/16/1999. as most of us is 12/1999 at least we know they are moving ot not. So far there is only one member who is 11/17/1999.

mine is after 11/16 ... 17 or 18.. but my dads is on like 11/14 or so.. maybe they were processing us together

First of all congratulations. As for your concern, you have nothing to worry about. Each application is treated independently even though they are for asylees and/his herdependants.
It also happened to me that all my dependants got their approval before mine. There is no general rule on which application is to be approved first. All you can do now is just wait. Good luck

It says that INS Center processes this kind of case 6.00 am to 12 noon.. If i go in the morning... Should I be there at 5.00 am ?? Could be a long line there... any comments?
