As you know the terrible retrogression came. My friend want to know whether he can file one I-485 for his two pending I-140 applicatoions before OCt. 1, 2005. One I-140 is EB1b filed in January, 2005 and another I-140 is NIW filed in May, 2005.
Questions:
1. One 485 can be tied to two pending I-140? Just attach two I-140 receipts in the I-485 application?
2. Anybody know whether there is a rule said that concurrent I-485 application must be filed within 6 months of I-140 application? If it is true, then my friend's I-485 can not be tied to his Eb1b I-140?
