one finger print and one signature taken instead of twice

Does anybody know what happens if the local INS office took my finger print and signature once instead of twice for I89? I am afraid that the officer was inexperienced and made a mistake. Does anybody have the same experience? Will I get my card?

My plastic card has the photo that I submitted for my EAD! They lost the photo I submitted for my I-89. I spotted this because I was wearing a different color for my photo each time!! so, I think that they will substitute for photos, fingerprints, signatures etc if they do not have them. enjoy your freedom and don\'t worry about this.
