one case in family pending

We have applied for OCI as a family.
My son’s and my status shows granted and documents received at consulate.
But my wife’s status shows only granted.
Anyone faced similar situation? Should I expect a communication from consulate regarding same? I am guessing it may be for pictures.

Application received at New York coonsulate (all): 09/26
Ack Date (all): 10/17
Scanned (initially showed for all, then my wife's status blanked out): 11/11
Granted (all): 11/13
Printed (only myself and son): 11/14
Received at consulated (only myself and son): 11/18
 
I have same problem

Out of four in my family only one shows that documents received by Houston. Scan date for remining three is missing after they were 'Granted'.

Is any one else went through this problem?
Can I send passports for all or you want me wait until I here from Consulate?
