My previous application was in EB2 (3 yrs BSc Physics Hons + 2 yrs NIIT Diploma + more than 10 yrs of experience) was approved in late 2001. That comp didn't exist and that made me to file my GC again from another comp.

Again I filed EB2 (3 yrs BSc Physics Hons + 2 yrs NIIT Diploma + more than 10 yrs of experience)

Not to scare you, but we are seeing a quite a few RFE's on educational evaluation for combination degrees, make sure there's a note of combination degrees being acceptable for the job position in the requirements, ads, etc.
You would be better off filing in EB3 category.

I hope you have mentioned your A# from first 140 in this application. Surely it will help you.
