Once EAD used makes H1b Void?????

Hi,
My I140 Approved already. (Not concurrent )
This is what my situtaion Is. My H1B got Expired in Sep 2002. Hence I filed h1B Extension Before H1B Expiration.
When i file h1B Extension, I had still One year more On h1B.

Few Weeks After filing h1b extrension(through GC Sponsering Employer) I filed my i485 on Oct2002. I got EAD /AP along with that one.

For 6months I was on Bench after filing i485, After 180 days
I started working for another employer(after 180 days) using EAD. That Project lasted for 1.5 months.

Before Working for another company, I got h1b approved from INS.

Then I got project through my GC sponsering company who holds
h1b. Till now i have been working through my GC sponsering comapny with h1b.They did not ask for EAD.

Rencently I filed EAD renewal & got new EAD from INS.

Next Month I am completing 6yrs On h1b.Now They are filing for
7th yr Extension Since my i 485 is pending.
I need to bring my spouse from India If i get married. That is why
I am filing 7th yr Extension.


Did i loose my H1 b Status Since i used EAD for 1.5months
working for another Employer With EAD.


Plz Help Me.
How One can get h1b To bring Spouse if He Used EAD once.

Please Clarifiy. I read Murthy Article. It says like that "once EAD USed Make h1B Void"

yes once you use EAD you are no longer on H1 . to go back on H1 comany has to file new H1 ( fesh and you have to go to home country to get it stamped and come back on H1. your spouse can apply for H4 on that base.
