Once again proved USCIS is careless

I just got receipt of my online EAD application in mail,to my surprise a approval notice ( I130 immigrant petition) was also included in same envelope for a person living quiet far from me.

With this I believe USCIS can mail any notice to anybody by mistake.

I mailed the approval notice as it had the address with a note as I know this could be very important document for that person.
