Once again, anybody with last name initial \'L\' and ND in mid March to April received his FP notic

almost sure it doesn\'t matter
Lastname with M, ND 03/19/01, received FP notice on 08/06/01 (was sent on 08/03/01)
Anyway, I\'m almost sure that last name doesn\'t matter.
No matter how big u think the chaos is inside INS, it\'s actually bigger. They can\'t even process applications on a first-in first-out basis, there are people with ND 03/01 who got the GC and people with ND in 99 still waiting (even if their application was flawless). How can one believe that they are able and willing to follow the order based on the last name?
Yes, this waiting is horrible, each of us tries to guess, to anticipate, to estimate, to find some rules, but there are no such rules. We must live with this.

Some people think they are smarter than others, actully they aren\'t. If you don\'t know the truth, pls don\'t say other people are stupid. I can give you at least a dozen of examples which support the last name theory.
