On what ground EAD fees can be waived? check this msg.

Today I was just looking through some MAy 2001 cases to know how many 485's to be approved and I came across a message for I765.

Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on May 11, 2001. Your request for a waiver of the filing fee has been granted. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 60 and 120 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Can we request to waive our fees for 2nd or 3rd EAD ? Is there any provision which we are not aware. Please comment.

You can check the EAD application for this information. There are certian categories with waived fee.

In other words, they waived his EAD fee
but did not process the application in
2.5 years ????????
