If your spouse has ever been married before. give the following information about your spouse's prior marriage.
If your spouse has more than one previous marriage. use a separate sheet(s) of paper to provide the information requested in Question 1 - 5 below.

Now the question is clear but what i dont understand is.

for example, if my spouse been married before from 2 i understand that i have to write their information down with no problem but the thing i dont understand it, is. do i have to ADD myself too ??? or just the previous ones. ??

Oh, forget to ask. do i have to write my name first .. or the previous ones first .. because there's 1 place on the application for 1 person? and the rest has to be on a separate sheet ? or should to write my name at the end ???

Include the current marriage in the count. So the answer cannot be zero.

If your spouse has ever been married before. give the following information about your spouse's prior marriage.

Only list marriages before the current marriage for this. Not the existing marriage.
