My wife and I did FP half a year ago. We called FBI and was told the result was sent to BCIS the same day we did it, but the on-line status is still the very original one "Your application...was received on.....". Called BCIS 1-800 number and was told 485 case needs 22 months and we should call thme agian until time reaches 24 mon. My attorney also wrote a letter to BCIS 3 months ago but status still not updated. My concern is they didn't make a record from FBI. Anybody has the same problem? and any suggestions?
