On Line PERM application - processing time

Am I right in thinking that the online PERM application facility used to turn applications round in 45 days - does anyone know the current wait time!

Hi,

There are no set waiting times. Some people get their certifications within a week to 2 weeks of filing, others get it after 3 months and yet others after 6 months also.

You can check for yourself by visiting the online trackers at www.nriweb.com.
Perm applicants post details of their cases on these trackers, and you can see for yourself, who applied when, when it got approved, whether it is still pending etc. Please post your case details on these trackers.
