Hi - I have been finding all sorts of conflicting information and I hope that someone can help me.
I know that my spouse can get a work permit on her l2 (on the back of my l1).
I have been told that my daughter (shes 17) can also get a work permit - although a lot of websites tell me she cannot. I was told that this changed in 2002(?), so I am guessing that a lot of websites may be out of date.
Just wanted to make sure before I get a lawyer and spend a ton of $$$.
