On June 27 2004 Your case was received...

My LUD changed to 07/06 from 06/24 and my status also changed online saying that "On June 27, 2004 your case was received and it is taking between 730 and 730 days for processing......."

I have known of several threads where people have had this happen to them. Several explanations have been offered for this including

1) Case transferred to local office
2) Case approved in a couple of days
3) System glitch at CIS causing erroneous status updates

Could everone who has gotten this message on their status post what has happened to their cases since they have gotten this message??

As far as I could gather info from this forum.
Kuldeepc's case turned out to be "2"
Couple of other GC Waiters including me called CIS and their answer is "3"
Somebody in the forum mentioned this could as well be "1"
I hope it is "2" as I am getting the same stupid message too.

I have same message saying the my application is received on June 27, 2004. I called CSC ( Lawyer #) and they told me that my case is approved on July 03,2004. I think your case is also approved.

I don't know the number. My lawyer legal assitant called, I am on the conference call. They told to my lawyer legal assitant and I am also on the line at that time. They will pass this information to only lawyer's.
