After a day long effort, I am finally on hold to speak to an IIO....
I am one of those RFE responded cases, where the AVM says... it will take 0 days to process... let\'s see what the IIO has to say.... will post details as soon as I finish the conversation...

Guys... after holding for 50 minutes, VSC phone bumped me off... So i guess today was an unlucky day for me, in my bid to reach an IIO...
oh well, next week I guess.
