If somebody is having his Labor and I140 cleared with one employer and plans to change, the filing is in EB3 category ....
As far as my knowledge goes, he has to start his Labor again with the new employer.
Can he retain the priority date same as the previous one?
If he chooses to apply in EB2 category as he fulfils the criteria, is there any shortcuts that can achieved due to teh previuos I 140 approval?
I mean to say, if he files the Labor in EB2 category and retain the I 140 of previous employer(which was initially in EB3) so that he can benfit the Current status of EB3.
