I'm on H1 and would like to bring my fiancé to US and most likely get married. My petition for Green Card has been started just last month so I can't count on early resolution this way.
What would be the best way for her to come to US? She has never applied for any visa to US. The current wait period for a visa is about 6 months from the country of origin. That is waaaay too long. I can't wait that long
And what if after 6 months it will get rejected!?!
Can I sponsor her as a tourist on B2 or should she not mention that she is coming to see me?
Any ideas?
