can you guys let me know what to fill iin column 15 in ead application- which asks for your immigration status?
I am the primary applicant and this application is for wife- so what should we fill?

If you already working on EAD, state as 'AOS- Adjustment of Status". If you are still on a H1-B, state so.

If you are working on EAD and She holds H4 say AOS.

You are working on H1 Visa and she is using her EAD she has to put AOS (Pending I-485).

Both are not using EAD then specify your Visa Status (H1 or H4).

Both are using EAD then specify AOS (Pending I-485) for both applicaitons for you and your spouse.

I hope it clears your doubts.

one more- have u ever appllied for ead ?
the answer is yes. Then they ask u the date-which date or dates should we put?

should it be dates of all earlier applications or the date ead was approved? this is the third ead so should we state approval dates for all two prior ones?
