On EAD getting married - visa for spouse

Hi,

I am on EAD and planning to get married soon. My (would-be) spouse is a doctor in India. I am not sure if I can bring her on H4 visa after the marriage. I was wondering if there is any option for her to come to the US (Eg: F1 or other visa). Please help.

You are on EAD , so there is no option for H4.

She can come as F1/H1. But she has to keep the non-immigration status UNTIL YOUR PD IS CURRENT to apply for I485.
