On continuous residence

It's been 160 days since I left U.S. I know I cannot break my residence in order to get citizenship early.

My problem is, I cannot stay in the U.S. within the next 5months. I mean I can come back for good again after 11 months since my last departure. But not now ...

1) Is my continuous residency lost for now?

2) Can I explain this to the officer at interview? If so, is it feasible/hard?

3) I can travel to the U.S. right now for just 1-2 weeks. Will it help as long as the applying for the citizenship is concerned?

If not possible, I will need to have my clock reset and apply later ;/

From your other posts, you have multiple long trips, and you don't really have any meaningful ties to the US, so convincing the interviewer that you didn't break residence will be practically impossible. Your clock will be reset ... make plans to apply in 2016.
