I am on H-1 visa, and my brother with GC owns a S-Corporation. On business purpose he is in-out of the country very often. He is asking if I can sign a check on his behalf. We inquired with the bank and they said no problem in terms of adding me as a co-signer.
Need advise, with no ownership and any other involvement in his business does it still illegal? Secondly, if he approves a Credit Card under the company on my name..is it possible I can use for his business purposes?
