MARCH 26 : FP Done.

APRIL 16 : Online & AVM status changed to "FP Received...Processing Resumed"

APRIL 22 : "On April 22, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued"

I know this is a false alarm...it has turned out for most (all??) to mean nothing but FP issued. Has anyone found it to be anything else but FP related?? RFE maybe???

I saw last January on the web the same msg for a letter that was supposed to sent Apr/2000 and never got to my lawyer.
Turns out RFE and were asking for more papers.
Be carefull and call directly to BCIS and ask copy of the letter they sent. The sooner the better, since they give only 90 days to responde.

I did receive the document , it was a courtesy copy of my FP Notice which was addressed to my attorney but was not deliverable to him (??), so it got returned to INS and them mailed to me.

So now , my online stauts is that I have yet to do FP even though I have completed FP last month. I hope this does not delay my case.

screw my attorney if this happens:mad:
