I am on H1B without stamp. I'm applying for AP (based on I-130/485) but not sure if I want to apply for EAD as my H1B is still valid till 09. Considering the cost and time it takes to get and renew EAD, I was going to continue working under H1B.
I'm planning a trip outside the US. When I re-enter, would they ask for either my H1B or EAD? Could they deny my entry because I don't have EAD and my H1B is without the stamp??
