on 6th year, labour approved, changing job

Hi,
I came to US on Feb 2001 and I am on the 6th year of my H1B now. My current company started my GC process and filed for labor one year before H1B expires. I have an approved labor through PERM now and I-140 is filed by the company in July 2006 (not approved yet). My current H1B is valid till 05/2007 (my current company re captured my trips outside US). My current company is not doing well so I want to change company, What are the possible ways to transfer the H1B?

The possible way is to transfer H-1B if your current employer will not revoke your I-140, isn't it?
