never mind

did a search

it is something to do with a child. After RFE there is no max time, the only legal time is child getting older than 21 years.

So officialy one can wait forever in this 485 state which equals to green card isn't it
 
i am aging out and talking to myself, one more question, is there a legal age limit to be able to receive green card
 
What to do ?

By the way, how many Sept 01 filers are there ?
Can we take a count, please ?
