I haven't been posting much but have been reading the posts regularly. I have learned a lot; thank you.
As my timeline below shows, I filed my N-400 at the end of Oct, 2007. Failed the first FP because of the poor quality of my fingerprints. Did "Corn Huskers Lotion" treatment for a few weeks to improve the quality for the second FP, which was done on Jan 16, 2008. Then yesterday, on Feb 11, I received the IL notice, IL scheduled on Apr 10. Given all the news about the delay and slow process of the current USCIS business, I certainly wasn't expectiing this to come so early. Of course, I am not complaining!

10/25/2007 : N-400 Mailed
10/27/2007 : N-400 Received by NSC
11/08/2007: Check cashed
12/01/2007 : NOA received ( I-797C) with PD 10/29/2007
12/29/2007 : 1st FP
01/16/2008 : 2nd FP (Walk-In)
02/11/2008 : IL Received
04/10/2008 : Interview - scheduled
