Omg!!! I got approved!

Omg, omg omg! That's all I can say. I really wasn't ready for this lol. Mentally, I was expecting at least another 2 months wait.

I just got home and got about 6 emails from USCIS- about 10 mins ago- and I'm still shaking.

4 emails (all the same) stating I130 is approved and 2 emails about mailing approval letter for I485.

My interview date was March 16th- so it's been about 5 weeks past.
 
can you help me

I want to marry a man in morocco, I'm in the US, the US says we must be around each other physically for 2 years ( we met by internet-hes a awesome guy) but neither one can afford to have him come here for two years...is there anyone that can give me some advise on how to get around this?

And where did you get this information from?
You probably are confusing this with the 2 years to remove conditional residence from the GC?
Are you a USC?

Thanks! I'm still in disbelief. Strangely, when I had last checked my case status online yesterday- maybe a couple of hrs before I got that email, the LUD was still dated back to July '05. Then 2 hrs later, I get bombarded with 6 emails from them :D

I wonder how long I wait for the stuff to come in the mail- My EAD card was 'returned as undeliverable', and it took me forever to get them to issue a replacement, so I'm a bit skeptical still.

Since I got the approval email and another email saying a 'welcome letter' has been mailed to me, I've received no other emails. However, for the last 2 days, my LUD has changed.

Does this mean anything? I hope they're not going to change their mind :eek:

When should I expect the email saying they've mailed my card?
 
Find another guy out here in USA! Best Option for YOU!

When you/he can't afford to be together then that is a major problem however loving awesome guy he could be thats of no use to you/him.

Best Option: Find someone from here (USA) next to your house, chat with him on the internet, go out, dine, dance and have fun and see if it works out.

First ask him to be stable in his life in getting a better job and financially sound and that would help him to get to you or any other girl. Just being awesome wouldn't help anyone in this world to survive.

If he is not financially sound, leave alone him able to get you, he wouldn't be able to get any girl even in MORACCO.
