We need to talk about the following..

1. Name Check / Background check issues..

2. No FIFO - First In First Out

3. Need to tell in the call to make sure all the Old Filers are approved before they start approving for new cases from July 2007

Guys.. this is one chance to talk and speak up Please Participate and let know the issues.. hope they will listen

Add in more points.. if you think so..

This is the most important one - Need to tell in the call to make sure all the Old Filers are approved before they start approving for new cases from July 2007

Is there a limit on the number of participants in the conf call...??

Completely agree, need to make this clear and loud. Otherwise come OCT there is no gurantee that the old filers would get a break.

I agree.

If they take our input then there is chances that they improve their proceses.

1. FIFO is most important.
2. Whenever anyone open SR should get notify with detail explanation than just standard answer.
3. Syncronize their address system to USCIS main system to avoid notices to deliver in wrong address.

More detail we get at first place less calls to customer representative over the period.

Hope this helps to cover in tomorrow's call.

When is this teleconference scheduled for ??? Today or tomorrow ??? It is very important , and i'd like to call them too ....apreciate your imput here !!!

Here is my List.....

1) Why FBI Name Check is taking too much time?
2) Why USCIS not sending FP notice when FP is expired?
3) Why there is no order of GC approval @ USCIS e.g. PD, RD?
4) Why USCIS Applications/database is not linked to each other. why there is a
discrepancy in different system @ USCIS. We suffer because of this; many
USCIS notices/documents is been sent to wrong addresses.
5) Why @ USCIS different IO gives different answer to the same question. this is very very confusig; this increases frustration to the applicants.

I had my AOS interview yesterday and is stuck in namecheck , how long have you folks waited for name check to clear , i think they are basically targetting people from india because the last 4 cases i had which were stuck in namecheck were all of indian nationality

I am in call. Its going to begin soon, so folks if you interested to join then hop-in .

I have asked my question already....

I just asked my question about "no visas available" but still see approvals..so what's going on..there is a standard answer from USCIS too that "no visas are available"
He said..he'll check into it....
