2001 and early 2002 filers have you tried contacting the ombudsman for assistance on cases past the due date or for FP ? Is he responsive and does it make a difference in TSC's response ? Please post.
FYI for those not aware, the ombudsman is supposed to arbitrate between you and the USCIS. His email is Prakash.Khatri@dhs.gov or ciso@dhs.gov.
