Just saw the newsflash on Murthy.com..
But it said that now DOL has to decide IF or WHEN to publish PERM regulation...
Also the implementation date is down to 60 days from 120 days...
Why is there a IF when DOL wanted to implement PERM all along till now..
Do I see a light at the end of the tunnel or is it stars in my head after staring for sooo long and then blinking???
