Hi,
My spouse and I rd green cards last week, however, my 3 yr old son rd RFE. I don't think we can send reply before Oct1. Does retrogression effect my minor dependent application? I appreciate replies.
 
i hate to say but the answer is Yes as in order to approve your child's I485 they need a visa no which is not current right now
